I HAVE NOT POSTED IN ABOUT 1.5 MONTHS AND THAT IS SORT OF MY FAULT. My life has literally been a never ending black hole of stress, which I will explain once the whole situation passes. I would've wrote a blog on Thanksgiving, but I sorta fell off the grid and ended up in Cabo with a virgin Dirty Monkey in my hand at an Infinity pool, actually relaxing

ANYWAY

Finals are now over and I can successfully say "I HAVE SURVIVED MY FIRST SEMESTER OF COLLEGE". I ended the semester with a 3.67 GPA. WOW.

Hard work pays off, I also hope the amount of money I am investing in my education pays off, because DAMN.

This maybe the last Happy Hour story for the year, I may or may not make a post next Thursday, since I leave to Cancun! So we'll see :) Also, next year, I am bringing a few things I will keep a surprise. Also, for my Trendy Tuesday's on Snapchat, I am going to stop doing them for awhile UNTIL I find another job and I can actually afford to keep doing Trendy Tuesday's and Fatty Food Friday's. Thank you for coping with me.

THIS WEEKS HAPPY HOUR STORY IS TOTALLY not lit as the other ones, but it is finals week, so I shall write about the 'ultimate' story about a day of one of my many finals. And I just want to point out for a quick Sec., my Boyfriend is the luckiest man on earth because his finals got pushed INTO JANUARY due to the fires in So Cal. He gets a month to study for finals. Although, I really do hope the fires end soon in Cali and I hope everyone evacuates safely AND I REALLY hope that USC and UCLA does not burn down because I REALLY WANT TO TRANSFER THERE.

NOW FOR THE STORY

It was a warm morning in May, traffic was calm because all of the effing snowbirds headed back North. Realistcally, who wants to be in triple digit weather at 6 a.m.? No one, except for the entire population that stays in AZ. I was driving my semi-new smart car, as I suddenly look down at the gas sign thingy and I was at an E. Note: I had an A hour, which meant class started at 6:15 a.m, which meant I got up at 4:50 a.m or 5 a.m.

I WOULD NOT MAKE IT TO SCHOOL.

I WAS ALREADY LATE. MY FINAL STARTED IN SEVEN MINUTES.

When I get really nervous, I start to bloat and sweat, and I get really dizzy. The gas station was packed with soccer mom's, filling up their large Ford Explorers, preparing to take Sally and Jack to school and to meet up with Barbara at the Starbucks for a coffee. By the time I started to fill up the Boatmobile, my final would start in 4 minutes, it would take another 7 minutes to drive calmly and at the speed limit in a school zone. I flew out of the gas station, my final started in a minute. Traffic was smooth, so I actually made it at the traffic light to turn into WFHS, UNTIL there was A CAR ACCIDENT WITH A TEEN AND A SOCCER MOM TWO CARS IN FRONT OF ME. DURING RUSH HOUR. AT A BUSY INTERSECTION. 2 MILES FROM THE FREE WAY.

screw my life.

I swerved away and took another entrance, my final started 3 minutes ago. I parked, the first parking spot I saw. I then ran across the 'Nest', and up the stairs that I fall on and I burn at least 7.38% of my body fat after climbing. Of course, when you're late to your final, snapchatting and running down the hall is a very logical idea for your grade. My snap was a blur run saying "I WONT LET YOU DOWN MR. HOLT". I really couldn't let him down, the great and glorious high school English Teacher Randy Holt is a SUPER teacher, especially with all of the crap students gave him, I felt really bad. Also, I was always that kid that had to leave early since I was in the Student News as a news anchor. Also, he got up hella early, and he is not a morning person. OK, Mr. Holt deserves a cake or free coffee for a year. Anyway, I was 9 minutes late, and I passed my final, but I PASSED WITH A 98.9% in the class. Rest in peace my high school GPA.

Anyway, that is it for this week's happy hour story, I finally decided I will write a holiday story for next week, so I will upload a story ON WEDNESDAY night! Until next week, if you have finals, good luck, and if you're a parent taking a kid to their finals, I hope someone in the Starbucks line in front of you pays for your coffee. Stay warm in the cold weather!
